A Message to Our Rulers

Introduction:

The Australian Government is party to a decades-long international, globalist plot to divide and collapse our Nation, for their gain and our enslavement.

Some of you receiving this notice may claim ignorance of this plot. After receipt of this information, such a defence is no longer acceptable.

Those of you compromised, and/or perpetrators of this treason who think they are with the anti-Australia winning team are on notice to hand yourselves in to save your countrymen and possibly yourselves. Herein you will find the evidence and detail of a grievous conspiracy underway to subvert the will and best interests of the Australian people.

The subversion has been implemented over years, by deception and embedded corruption.

This is now irrefutable. Mounting evidence reveals how dark and deep this treason is.

Participants, co-conspirators to this plot, are put on notice on behalf of the Australian people. Malicious falsehoods, lies and destruction of Australian history is a precursor to genocide.

In my personal experience I have seen great injustice, much pain and despair in my community, yet the greatest shock was learning this is a deliberate agenda by successive government traitors designed to undermine our country.

How does one reveal to the Australian people that their elected representatives have perpetrated the worst type of abuse of power in modern history? A government, that in creating a fraudulent inquiry based upon proven fabrications and malicious falsehoods, directly places Australia's future in danger. This collusion demonstrates your contempt for human life.

The enclosed facts of the Juukan hoax, reveals the evidence to the Australian public of your treasonous criminal conduct. The evidence provided draws the public's attention, in particular, to the Juukan Senate inquiry. This inquiry was based on malicious lies designed to cause harm to our nation¹.

When you acted in concert with the Juukan hoax, you personally put every Australian at grave risk of harm, hardship and foreseeable death from the resulting collapse of Australian farming and mining industries. The very industries underpinning our economic health, growing our food, supporting pensioners, paying for roads, infrastructure, hospitals and our ability to defend our country from foreign invaders.

Government traitors went after an Australian whistle-blower who exposed the same actors and tactics used in Africa to steal the country's resources through corruption. You used vulnerable Aboriginal communities for your treachery, putting them at risk and hoping that a future horrified, fearful public will persecute them; hiding your criminal responsibility.

You have pretended to support Aboriginal Australians on the one hand while using them as a device to hide your crimes against humanity on the other.

You can be guilty of murder if it is proven that, at the time of your offending, you held a reckless indifference to human life. Your conduct is, at best, described as reckless indifference to the lives of the people you are meant to serve.

As a former prosecutor securing some of the highest sentences in Australian history, I put every Federal parliamentary representative on notice, as each is prima facie guilty of criminal offences. This criminality extends to senior parliamentary staff, public servants and those collaborating; for example the co-offending media and selected academic class. Regardless of whether or not it is proven they knew, everyone is either complicit or wilfully blind.

You should all hold your heads in shame. These are appalling crimes against the Australian people. In my experience, all criminals dob on each other. Go to the Australian Federal Police and tell them your side of the story, before your co-offenders reveal all.

A wave of revelation is sweeping our great Nation.

The Australian public has been abused for far too long. Australians see through your web of lies and pattern of betrayal. We have had enough.

You face a groundswell of disgust and rejection of you and your kind as the public comprehend the level of corruption at all levels of Australian political life. You are allowing international foreign interference to separate Australia into “First Nations” leading to the dismantling and selling off of our country for their agenda.

Australians demand:

On 24 November 2022, Tanya Plibersek MP, The Minister for the Environment and Water, mentioned her amazement at the excavation of a 4,000-year-old hair belt, a 28,000-year-old bone tool and stone tools.

She failed to mention they were removed from the cave into a container that no one collected.

That Juukan was not a sacred site from 2003 to 2020, after 17 years of Rio Tinto negotiations and compensation, cash handed over and $14 million paid for legal fees.

That it was in May 2020 after Juukan was loaded with more than 300 holes filled with liquid explosives, and electronic detonators, did a proven liar, an embedded UN sleeper agent, in the Native Title corporation, unilaterally invent and increase Juukan's cultural significance.

Minister Plibersek describes the Juukan cave containing mostly fossilised dung as ‘an anchor of our culture’ and a ‘museum of heritage’. What sort of Minister speaks of an ‘ancient power' in relation to fossilised dung? It is unthinkable that the Minister compares blowing up emptied out Juukan caves to the destruction of Stonehenge, or the Egyptian pyramids, or the Lascaux Caves in France.

There can be no truth telling without good government. Without accountability there is no truth. There are no facts without the evidence underpinning them.

Minister Plibersek claims rightful outrage, while telling lies to take advantage of Australians. The Minister is right in one respect, the Juukan report is a shameful moment. It provides the evidence of a treason inflicted upon the people of Australia. Such a betrayal is difficult, infuriating and shocking to come to terms with. It’s important that Australians understand what happened.

Because we must remember – their attempt to desecrate our country.

No meaningful conclusions can be made if there is no agreed set of facts.

2. We demand that inaccuracies on the public record are corrected. The Juukan rock shelters are not man-made. They are a natural geological occurrence. The caves are not 46,000 years old, but probably much older. Such rock shelters are a common sight throughout the Pilbara. There are thousands of them; There was no rock art or paintings in the caves; Some of the artefacts were c. 46 000 years old. 3. We demand that all expert reports mentioned in the Senate Inquiry be made public. That all Rio Tinto mining contract and agreements be made publicly available. Having all contracts in a non-redacted form would allow the public to have all the facts and be able to judge whether the contracts are fair and balanced.

4. An immediate moratorium on the implementation on the Juukan Inquiry recommendations from The Australian Government Joint Standing Committee on Northern Australia’s (the Committee’s) interim and final reports into the destruction of First Nations’ heritage sites at Juukan Gorge in Western Australia.

5. The erroneous broadening of s51(xxix) 'external affairs power' in the Australian Constitution has allowed our compromised Federal government to enter into a rash of international treaties/plans for global governance; We demand that the Government immediately cease the implementation of global governance policies including smart cities, Agenda 2030, The United nations sustainable development goals, Net zero, UN Build back better/Sendai framework (https://knowledge.aidr.org.au/resources/sendai-framework/), UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) until the Australian people are consulted in a Referendum on the application of global governance.

6. We demand a referendum be held on closing the s51(xxix) the“external affairs” loophole. It will be a question of whether the Australian people want the Federal Government to enter into treaties without consulting with the Australian people or the States. The outcome of such a referendum will indicate to the Australian government as to whether or not Australians want to be under a global governance regime.

7. 8. We demand that the Australian people be made aware that there is an alternative to the Voice to Parliament, to Native Title, racial laws and entitlements, the failed aboriginal industrial complex and fraudulent aborigine subversives undermining our nation.
