Australians face a challenge in defending themselves from their government
UN cultural heritage tyranny: the facts and motive
A sleeper UN agent provocateur (in a corrupt Aboriginal corporation) perpetrated the Juukan sacred site hoax.
Big Juukan lies were spread by the bought media.
A false flag Juukan sacred site hoax was used to justify enacting UN model laws nationwide by Canberra's compromised political class of useful idiots.
An overview of the facts
Australia's population faces severe consequences due to the enforcement of new legislation on UN "aboriginal cultural heritage." These laws were unjustly implemented in Western Australia and subsequently expanded nationwide. The parliamentary inquiry and media frenzy surrounding the Juukan sacred site hoax led to this outcome.
Juukan was not officially recognised as a sacred site for 17 years (from 2003 to 2020) and was not included in the list of culturally significant locations. The artefacts discovered in Juukan primarily consisted of fossilised organic matter, specifically animal excrement (dung), which were deemed important solely due to their age. These items were stored and remained unclaimed. Despite having 17 years to raise objections, the local Aboriginal corporation did not oppose the destruction of the Juukan site until it was too late. The individual who suddenly found the significance of the Juukan site has a track record of distorting Aboriginal culture and is associated with UNESCO, advocating for UN laws on cultural dominance in Australia.
The Juukan parliamentary inquiry failed to question why the caves were deemed highly significant and disregarded factual information, instead spreading falsehoods to rationalise the dominance of the United Nations "Aboriginal" cultural laws. As a result, a phoney four-month examination was initiated, leading to the approval of authoritarian UN laws concerning the legacy of intangible Aboriginal heritage. These laws, based on UNESCO's interpretation of "intangible heritage," will be implemented nationwide in July 2023, starting in Western Australia.
This UN-mandated deception scheme poses a direct assault on our liberty, including private property rights, and has significant repercussions for our economy, well-being, and security. It threatens our agricultural and mining sectors, which are the foundation of our economy, as well as our food production, access to life-saving medications, infrastructure development, healthcare facilities, and national security.
Fact-based Juukan analysis
Independent advice:
The PKKP Native Title Corporation (PKKP) represents the Puutu Kunti Kurrama and Pinikura People. From 2003-2020, they engaged in negotiations concerning Juukan. Rio provided over $14 million to ensure unbiased legal counsel for the local Aboriginal corporation. This funding covered expert assistance, legal fees, and resulted in legally binding agreements and monetary recompense1.
Juukan expert reports:
The Juukan rock shelter had little archaeological value. Many similar caves are common in the Pilbara area. Skilled professionals excavated the Juukan "artefacts" and determined they were primarily fossilised animal excrement (dung). The significance of these artefacts was solely due to their age. PKKP received expert reports as legally required2. They collaborated with experts but did not question their findings or dispute their conclusions3.
Juukan was not recognised as a sacred site from 2003-2020:
No cave paintings were found nearby at Juukan, nor were any cultural ceremonies reported there4. It was not on the Aboriginal-identified list of 16 culturally important sites. In 2009, 2014, and 2015, local Aboriginal women and men carried out an excavation campaign5 to clear Juukan caves6. Neither gender holds Juukan as sacred. Juukan artefacts are stored on site. The local Aboriginal corporation never claim the artefacts they were paid to remove.
For 17 years, blasting at Juukan is not objectionable:
For a span of 17 years, the Native Title Corporation, acting on behalf of the local Aboriginal community, was aware of the plan to destroy Juukan Caves but did not voice any objection. On October 3, 2013, Rio Tinto sent an email to the local Native Title Corporation, attaching an initial proposal to the Western Australian Government for the demolition of Juukan (approved by Rio Tinto CEO Sam Walsh). The email also included various documents highlighting the involvement of experts and dialogues with representatives from the local Aboriginal corporation7. On October 17, 2013, Rio officially notified the Native Title Corporation of their intention to detonate the Juukan site8.
In December 2013, the Western Australian Government granted approval to Rio's request to demolish the Juukan site9.
The Blast:
Heather Builth assumed the role of PKKP manager in January 2019.
On 13 May 2020, a total of 382 blast holes were drilled into the Juukan site and then loaded with liquid explosives and an electronic detonator10.
Builth's email on 18 May 2020 declared that PKKP Juukan Gorge had acquired cultural significance. The Juukan Caves were now of great importance11.
Rio Tinto sought the assistance of external experts to extract the liquid explosives from the blast holes at Juukan. The endeavour proved unsuccessful and lasted for a duration of 10 hours12.
The Sham inquiry:
Warren Entsch MP from the LNP and Senator Anthony Chisholm from Labour led a sham inquiry aimed at disseminating untrue details regarding the Juukan Gorge. This dishonest conduct is a complete betrayal of the Australian people. Joining them on the committee were Senator Matthew Canavan, Mr George Christensen MP, Senator Patrick Dodson, Senator Sam McMahon, Senator Rachel Siewert, Senator Dean Smith, Warren Snowdon MP, Phillip Thompson OAM MP, Senator Lidia Thorpe, and Ms Anika Wells MP.
Throughout the inquiry, the joint standing committee had access to evidence that unequivocally exposed the deceptive nature of the Juukan incident. The committee received extensively cited submissions that revealed factual evidence from a member of the public, yet this information has not been made publicly accessible. The committee's decision to keep this information confidential raises suspicions about their accountability in this matter; it surpasses willful blindness. The Government has failed to provide a satisfactory justification for withholding the submission from the Australian people. Instead, it uses confidentiality as a pretence to hide factual evidence while disseminating falsehoods.13
Parliamentary inquiry committee should have thoroughly examined Heather Builth's sudden realisation of the significance of Juukan caves.
For a period of 17 years, the local Aboriginal native title corporation abstained from expressing any objections. They took no action to prevent the drill holes from being filled with explosives.
The assertion made by Builth during the Parliamentary inquiry, regarding her inability to contact anyone at Rio Tinto in the days leading up to the explosion, went unchallenged. It is challenging to accept this claim, given that she had been employed by Rio Tinto for more than 3 years, starting from May 2018 until August 2021.
Based on the information available on Builth's LinkedIn profile, it can be deduced that she was still a Rio Tinto employee at the time when the Juukan blast occurred14.
Heather Builth - whistleblower or co-conspirator?
Heather Builth has a history of dishonesty.
In a publication from 2008, Heather Builth argued that indigenous communities came up with solutions to combat climate change pre-178815. According to Builth, the Lake Condah fish traps located in the Western District of Victoria (Budj Bim) were instrumental in achieving sustainable development in aquaculture16.
According to Bruce Pascoe and Builth, Aboriginal tribes embraced agriculture rather than relying on hunting and gathering. The animal species, as well as marsupial mammals, in Australia, lack the necessary abilities for activities like ploughing, heavy transportation, and construction. The arrival of the British drastically transformed the Australian landscape, making it difficult to imagine what the country was like prior to that time. Nonetheless, Australian native animals do not possess the aptitudes essential for the evolution of humans from hunter-gatherers.
Dr Keryn A. Walshe and Dr Peter Sutton discredited Bruce Pascoe's claim about Aboriginal farmers in their peer-reviewed book. Their research uncovered fabrications and misrepresentations in Pascoe's book, including Builth's assertion about the ancient aquaculture of the Budj Bim Victorian eel traps17.
As per the Australian Government's Department of Agriculture, Water, and the Environment website, aquaculture involves the cultivation of aquatic organisms. This cultivation requires interventions in the breeding process to improve production outcomes18.
The Budj Bim eel traps do not demonstrate aquaculture or water-based farming. Instead, they represent Australian history's continuous malicious distortion19. UNESCO relied on Builth's discredited research to make the claim that Budj Bim Lake is the oldest system of aquatic farming worldwide20.
For over 50 years, UNESCO has meddled in Australian environmental planning. They claim to protect cultural artefacts, such as those at Juukan.
Builth advocated for the United Nations to take control of Australia by implementing UNESCO's notion of "intangible cultural heritage21." This heritage forms the basis for the new Aboriginal cultural heritage laws22.
Julian Huxley, the Director-General of UNESCO, supported eugenics and believed that UNESCO should be guided by his discredited obsession with pseudo-science23.
The legislation influenced by Juukan specifically targets farmers and poses a risk of famine. Given UNESCO's history of eugenics and its objectives related to population reduction, we should be deeply concerned.
Motive
1. Juukan recommendations a means to usher in global control
Builth's misconduct led to including UNESCO's "intangible cultural heritage" in Australian legislation24.
World Economic Forum leaders expressed satisfaction with international interference through UNESCO's intangible cultural authoritarianism25.
The intangible aspect is grounded in emotions, viewpoints, or intentions, rather than verifiable facts.
How can the Australian peoples safeguard then against assertions of intangible cultural heritage when these laws originated from Juukan sacred site hoax?
How will this function effectively when the Australian government supports and endorses fake claimers like Bruce Pascoe to maliciously distort Australian history26.
How could people trust a government that disseminated treasonous malicious falsehoods about a Juukan sacred site hoax?
The Australian population faces a challenge in defending themselves from their government, just as the CEO of Rio Tinto global could not protect himself against the Juukan sacred site hoax. The inability to oppose the UNESCO intangible heritage claim represents an act of treasonist betrayal.
On July 6th, 2022, Indigenous women presented a claim to UNESCO, asserting that Juukan Gorge amounts to cultural genocide. However, the true genocide lies in the destruction of our country, homes, way of life, and economy, as UNESCO enforces eugenic heritage laws based on deceitful allegations regarding Juukan27. Juukan serves as a tool to advance Agenda 21/Agenda 2030/UNDRIP, enabling control over the land and its people, leading to the cessation of farming and development.
To achieve this, they employ the following tactics:
Fake aborigines who assert the sacredness of everything.
Utilising Juukan recommendations as a mechanism for states to implement tyrannical environmental regulations that prohibit all forms of development, even on privately owned land.
The introduction of exorbitant application fees will effectively impede farming, mining, business activities, and even the cultivation of home vegetable gardens or home improvements.
2. Native Title:
By 2030, approximately 80% of Australian land will be under UN Native Title24, prohibiting private property rights. The United Nations created the Native Title Act to introduce this agenda. This means that up to 80% of the nation can be designated as sacred, like Juukan28.
3. Fake claimers:
According to Koori researchers, 300,000 people claim Aboriginal heritage when they are not29. Aboriginal communities are overwhelmed by fraudulent claims of Aboriginal identity. There are no safeguards in place to regulate who can assert Aboriginal heritage. The government has declined to engage with elders or implement measures to address Aboriginal identity fraud.
4. Authoritarian Environmental Legislation/UNDRIP:
The Juukan Hoax Parliament Inquiry recommends new Aboriginal Cultural Heritage laws to restrict farming, mining and Australian development. These laws grant Aboriginal native title corporations the authority to determine sacred Aboriginal sites. Non-compliance can result in significant fines and imprisonment30.
The investigation into the destruction of Juukan Gorge aims to implement the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP). Recommendation 14 seeks to introduce UNDRIP through Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Laws to hinder land development and business growth in Australia31.
This could lead to a financial breakdown and asset stripping. The implementation of UNDRIP represents a global governance takeover and threatens Australia's independence. UNDRIP grants Indigenous people rights to establish separate states, manage resources, control education, govern the environment, regulate labour, and enforce media laws32.
5. Fees Fund the Criminal Corporations:
An organised crime syndicate controls the Aboriginal Industrial Complex, as revealed by a 7-year inquiry conducted by the Australian Crime Commission33.
Compared to other Australian organisations, the Aboriginal Native Title corporations have lower levels of governance standards34. Enormous fees mandated by the aboriginal cultural heritage law are funnelled into the corrupt Native Title Corporation, resulting in the demise of struggling Australian businesses35.
These fees are paid to impede development. The Native Title Corporation designates private property as sacred land and imposes restrictions on any activities conducted on it. No supervision or impartial procedure exists to verify these assertions.
By the end of 2022, Rio Tinto and the Aboriginal corporation reached an agreement regarding compensation for the Juukan blast incident. Did Heather Builth, who was a manager at that time, receive any form of payment for her involvement? The specific financial details have not been disclosed, but I have been informed that the amount exceeds $850M. This compensation is in addition to the royalties already received which, based on my assessment, amount to approximately $200M. It is interesting to consider how this substantial sum of money will be utilised. It is truly remarkable to contemplate the fact that Rio Tinto acquired a site that was not considered sacred and legally executed an explosion. This serves as an illustration of a collective illicit enterprise. The indigenous population does not benefit from these funds. These corrupt globalist enemy combatants have established indigenous corporations, managed by criminals, to seize the profits.
6. Destroy the Whistle Blower:
In 1991, Sam Walsh joined Rio Tinto and held the position of CEO from 2013 until mid-2016. The CEO role was then taken over by Jean-Sébastien Jacques in July 2016. During that same year, Jacques discovered corruption in Guinea, Africa, and provided evidence of Walsh, Tony Blair, and George Soros' involvement.
The act of bribing officials from foreign countries is considered illegal in the UK, US, and Australia.
On March 6, 2023, the US Securities and Exchange Commission declared Rio Tinto guilty of unlawfully bribing officials from Guinea36.
It was in 2013 when Sam Walsh authorised the destruction at Juukan. Contrary to allegations, he neglected to safeguard the Juukan cave and declined to offer testimony during the Parliamentary Inquiry. He utilised the media to silence and falsely brand the whistleblower of his misbehaviour as "racist," even though the Juukan explosion had no connection to whistleblower Jacques37.
While facing an investigation for corruption in Guinea, Walsh was actually rewarded for his criminal actions with an appointment as the Chair of the Perth Mint38 and also assumed the position of Chair of the Australia Council39.
During this time, he bestowed the Australia Council Award for Lifetime Achievement in Literature to Pascoe40.
To this day, Jacques is remembered as the CEO responsible for destroying Rio Tinto’s reputation after the Juukans sacred site hoax41. His departure from Rio Tinto in 2020 will further emphasise UN considerations for mining CEOs worldwide42.
The plot fails when the people know the truth
Our federal representatives have been duly informed about the falsehoods surrounding Juukan and the grave repercussions for Australia. It is imperative for Australians to be cognizant of this treasonist conspiracy so that it can be thwarted.
Their objective is to sow discord and seize power, which is precisely why they desire to keep us uninformed and incite conflicts amongst ourselves. We are being targeted by globalists who employ strategies such as infiltration, subversion, deceit, and treachery. Furthermore, we are under siege from demoralising agents, counterfeit leaders, deceptive mainstream media, and automated profiles on social media platforms.
Our triumph hinges upon our capacity to reconstruct our networks. Our interpersonal bonds constitute our greatest asset. You, along with your acquaintances, relatives, and neighbours, possess knowledge and connections that surpass theirs. This is their vulnerability. While we possess the advantage in numbers, it all commences with you and your community.
Summon your bravery and fortitude, for we must safeguard our nation. They yearn for us to turn against our fellow Australians. Our duty is to assist our countrymen in coming to terms with this act of betrayal.
Initiating the process of re-establishing our networks entails disseminating accurate information. Endeavour to share these facts with 10 individuals within your community and encourage them to do likewise. In due course, we shall amass the numbers necessary to impede their agenda.

The intention is to strip Australia of its assets, allowing billionaire globalist traitors (who control our compromised political class) to reap the benefits, just as they are doing in Africa.

Dear Josephine,
your research is so valuable.
I would really know how I could help in any way. The plight of indigenous people is understood, and the coming impact on all of us at the hands of the transnational powerful elites and non-elected technocrats will be devastating.
I am in South Gippsland, and a good friend is talking a lot with Wayne Thorpe. It appears that due to petty factional divisions in the local peoples it is hard to get any kind of action plan going. All oppose the Voice, but many are grateful for the naive "good will" shown by most educated Australians (like my mum, a skilled ABCTV viewer!) who are brainwashed by the propaganda but want a better outcome, and feel collective guilt.
So what can we do? I'm so grateful to you though...
Thanks for this concise breakdown of what nefariousness is in the pipeline
