There is No Fake Terry Letter
There was no right of reply
I've been publicly vilified by those who want to hide the facts. Terry's daughter Marina was staying at my home, I helped her gain a scholarship for her children & helped her gain entry to UTS business school. Which was one reason for her extended visits.

Terry & his wife accepted assistance writing the letter. Up to 9 drafts were forwarded to them with specific requests to verify the facts & elder permission.
It was important to get it right
This is important as the letter shares Aboriginal culture & spirituality which is variable across the country
Elder permission
It was imperative to seek elder permission to publish it because the letter quoted & shared sacred Aboriginal spirituality & culture.
They speak many languages
Which all people would need to verify & needs to be respected. Terry speaks fluent english, Yolngu & Italian, his wife is Italian Australian.
This is not the first time
It's not the 1st time Terry has withdrawn permission after giving his consent. One withdrawal of permission escalated to the Federal Court after he recieved financial benefit from the Australian Mint for providing a sacred picture which appeared on our $10 note.
Journalist bullies
Despite signing a contract proving otherwise, he later claimed he had not given the AustralianMint
his consent. The court ruled against him. Journalists at NITV, SBS & Patricia Karvelas from the ABC failed to mention Terry's history & published distorted facts.
The betrayal
After I appointed Marcia Langton to my board she recommended Pascoe supporters, 1 of which was Melbourne property developer & publisher of
Saturday Paper Morry Schwartz who Marcia knew he was publishing Pascoe & neither told me. I took him to country many times & trusted him.
More than once
While I was on the Biennale Sydney
board Morry asked me to help him gain a board position. Marcia recommended I apppointed other Pascoe supporters 1of whom distributes Pascoe's Black Duck bush tucker food products she failed to advise of it, & other Pascoe financial associations
The significant financial conflict
I have since discovered Marcia has significant financial associations with Pascoe. Yet she failed to tell me. Morry contacted me and insisted I withdraw my Bolt interview and said "Pascoe is good for my people" and said words to the effect you will lose everything.
Stealing a sacred totem
Pascoe's business logo used my son's sacred totem the Umburra, the Black Duck. After I appeared on the Bolt show, Marcia phoned clients, friends, including a journalist who told me she said I was "mad." And then resigned from the board.
I will not be silenced
I refuse to be bullied into submission, we're talking about an attempt to rewrite Australian history without evidence and/or Professor Blainey and Professor Sutton's endorsement. For Australian hunter gatherer history refer to "Triumph of the Nomads."
