Jeremy Beck: Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese continues to campaign for an indigenous voice to Parliament

Which would be put to the Australian people in a referendum in December

Mr Albanese promised to deliver a voice referendum by December 2023

My next guest has done extensive research into this issue

Josephine Cashman is a former Crown Prosecutor a lawyer

And businesswoman with more than two decades of experience working towards economic progress for Aboriginal people

She was a member of Prime Minister Tony Abbott's indigenous Advisory Council from 2013 to 2017

Welcome back again to TNT Radio Josephine

Josephine Cashman: Oh thanks for having me

Jeremy Beck: Great to have you on the show

Now you've just written a paper titled The Voice of Tyranny

I'll just read the opening lines of your paper which I think sums up the situation

Pollies compromised by their international handlers drooling over our natural resources are using Aboriginal disadvantage in order to push their maligned agendas which place at risk our democratic principles and economic freedom

I think that sums it up Josephine

And in your paper you list seven reasons why The Voice should not proceed

The first reason you say is aboriginal people have not been appropriately consulted

Jeremy Beck: So how have they not been consulted Josephine?

Josephine Cashman: I was extremely suspicious about this whenI was on Ken Wyatt's Advisory Council which has produced the 200 page document report thatIs the basis upon which the Albanese government is suggesting The Voice should proceed because I have lived and worked in Aboriginal communities all my life

And the people I was speaking to did not know anything about it and had not been consulted

After which I took it upon myself and engaged others to do surveys in particular locations

We surveyed a full Aboriginal community in Wilcannia and what came out of that was that Aboriginal peoples needs are basic human needs including housing, water, personal autonomy

And nothing at all was raised about The Voice

Now I have completed comprehensive surveysI have elders interviews

And also we have a Aboriginal committee that represents almost every state and territory in Australia that is calling for an end to racial funding because clearly this is a device to undermine Australia

It's going to hurt all Australians

Jeremy Beck: Yes all Australians and that is important because I see this as a method of divide and conquer and to asset strip Australia to enslave Australia under a globalist system

And it will harm all of us doesn't matter whether you're black or white or what your heritage is it will harm all of us and Aboriginal people have not been appropriately consulted

How many people in the communities and the way out communities

And there are many of them all around Australia how many of them have been consulted or at all or just simply not at all?

Josephine Cashman: I'd say, overall not at all

Who's been consulted?

And there's a distinction here is the Aboriginal industrial complex as I call it

That was set up after the 1967 referendum which was driven then as The Voice is now

By international interests because clearly their phony financial systemis about to collapse and they are desperate to get our natural resources

They've locked them away

And in effect the Aboriginal industrial complex has caused extreme hardship to Aboriginal people

Nothing that has come out of it has been good and in effect

It's been designed to not create solutions to the problems to make this issue like what you said divide and conquer

And I find this debate extremely toxic

And the only way that I feel will get a great outcome for all Australians is to have the facts

And because Aboriginal people have been isolated aspart of their agenda in the setting up of the Aboriginal industrial complex

In the central banker establishing Aboriginal affairs on purpose

Put Aboriginal people encourage them to go to these remote locations where there's no infrastructure

The Australian Crime Commission did a massive report over seven yearsAnd included 2000 stakeholder interviews and their conclusions

Their conclusions was that Aboriginal affairs is run by organised crime

It's like we're giving people who are traitors

These people are traitors the same people who designed the Uluru Voice went to the UN on the taxpayers pocket calling for the destruction of the Australian nation

And they're not nice people to Aboriginal communities

This is the point I'd like to get across to your listeners there is a demoralisation agenda going on every single day we have another kick in the guts

Australia Day you're not worthy

It's not your country

This is not being driven by Aboriginal people on the ground

This is being driven by international corporate cartels

Who are inflicting warfare on the Australian people in order to get them to fight

And there are solutions to these issues and part of it is treating everybody as an equal citizen

And at the moment the racial laws which cover everything from governance

And also there is a police policy not to get involved in Aboriginal disputes

And I have actually witnessed that in a community

All of this has actually created the problems

And those points that you make there go into your second point of the points that you make

Jeremy Beck: Why The Voice should not go ahead and that is unresolved corruption

Is there any more corruption that you'd like to just briefly discuss now?

Josephine Cashman: Well one of the major issues which is coming because I look at social media unfortunately and you sort of gauge the feeling is people saying

Well all these children seeing the youth on the street

Well that isn't nice but it has to be put in context

How did this happen?

Now this happened because of massive

Extensive procurement fraud Aboriginal housing

There's billions and billions and billions and billions of dollars that have been put into housing

Now you and I know that because of Native Title denies Aboriginal people personal private ownership

Native Title is going to cover 80% of our country by 2030

But in this situation they have to rely on the government

So massive procurement fraud

Massive

And I'm just sure it happens in general Public housing as well

Has seen extreme overcrowding happen

There is so much corruption that has been going on for decades

That is absolutely state sanctioned

People who are known to be criminally minded are running communities

I'll give you an example

There's a guy called Badger Bates

He's a white fella who gets all the funding for Wilcannia

I was told by the locals that to start off with Native TitleThey had four Aboriginal clan groups let's call them groupings

Who said that they were originally from that area

Now there are 40

There are 40 most of them a lot of them fakes including Badger Bates who when he came out of jail after killing an Aboriginal woman with the butt of his rifle

He became a celebrity

And they've done a whole Australian Story on it

This guy has not a drop of Aboriginal blood

This crooked leaders running communities

Abusing people who speak up against the corruption is a consistent theme across the country

And what the mainstream media does is paint Aboriginal people as if they enjoy this corruption

If anything they're desperate for a solution

That's why we wrote an alternative to Uluru Voice

Because people in desperate situations will think

Or maybe a treaty will change my life

So we wanted to give people an option
